StatControl automates the collection, control and submission of regulatory reporting to the National Bank of Ukraine.

Manual reporting took too much time, was prone to errors and created risks for the bank.

Reports came from multiple sources, checks were manual, and deadlines were tracked in spreadsheets.

We interviewed bank users and analysed NBU regulations and data maps.

We mapped business processes, validation scenarios, roles and permissions.

We designed a scalable service architecture with reliable integrations.

We built a secure web interface, checks, notifications, audit log and data integrations.

We tested the system, trained the team and launched it in stages with ongoing support.

Reporting Control at Every StageThe system displays the current status of each report: submitted, not submitted, overdue, or submitted with comments.

Submission Deadline TrackingThe reporting date and deadline are recorded for each report, allowing the team to respond to potential delays in advance.

Assignment of ResponsibilityEach report is assigned to the relevant department and responsible employee.

Automatic Status UpdatesThe system receives information about submitted reports and automatically updates their statuses.

Notifications for Responsible EmployeesEmployees receive notifications about approaching deadlines, missing reports, and overdue submissions.
