We combined a compact wearable recorder, an Android application, and a web dashboard into one connected system. We designed the complete user journey, from capturing a conversation to receiving a structured summary and searchable memory cards
We developed the requirements for a compact OEM recording device with SDK support and created the first mobile interface prototype. The application includes recording controls and access to audio, transcripts, summaries, and saved materials

HydroSota is built as a modular system consisting of three components: a compact pin recorder, a mobile application, and a server platform with a web dashboard. The device captures audio and transfers it to the application, after which the server cleans the recording, transcribes speech, and uses AI to generate summaries, tasks, decisions, and memory cards. Recordings and processed results are stored in Google Drive and are available through the mobile application and web dashboard
